• 18-1/4” (464 mm) ID bowl is stainless steel and removes easily for cleaning; exclusive “free-wheeling” feature permits bowl to be manually turned for fast removal of cut product, ease of ingredient blending and quick cleanup
• Base is a sanitary, anodized aluminum casting; bowl cover and knife guard are solid one-piece anodized aluminum; unit disassembles quickly without tools for easy cleaning
